    Debbie Elrod

    Meet Debbie Elrod, our wonderful Office Manager and the friendly face of our firm for nearly three decades. Since 1996, Debbie has been a go-to resource for clients, providing helpful guidance on their benefits and resolving payment questions with ease. Her dedication is what makes her a true cornerstone of our team.

    When she’s not at the office, Debbie loves giving back to her community by volunteering for several non-profit organizations, staying active in her church and traveling. Family is also a big part of her life. Debbie and her husband have five children, twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

    Administrative Assistants

    Antonia L. Foster (Toni)

    With a career marked by dedication and diverse experience, Toni became a valuable member of Miller Disability Law in June 2018. After earning a Degree in Business Administration from Hiwassee College, Toni began her professional journey at the Pentagon, first as a civilian clerk typist for the Army and then as an administrative assistant supporting military budget analysts for the Department of Defense. Her extensive background also includes administrative roles with the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations. After a period dedicated to raising her son and daughter, Toni returned to the workforce as a Hearing Reporter for the Knoxville Office of Hearings Operations, further showcasing her versatile skill set.

    Receptionist - Laurie MackLaurie Mack

    As an administrative assistant, Laurie Mack has been an integral part of Miller Disability for more than three decades. Her impressive tenure is a testament to her deep commitment and expertise. Laurie’s background as a veteran speaks to her discipline and resolve, qualities she’s also applied to raising her family. She plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, consistently providing exceptional support to both our legal team and our clients.

     

    Receptionist - Ashley MorganAshley Morgan

    Ashley Morgan became a valued member of Miller Disability Law, P.C. in 2016. With a background working with diverse clients across various companies, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in customer care. She studied Graphic Design and Early Childhood Education at Pellissippi State, learning skills that contribute to her approachable and helpful demeanor. As the friendly voice you’ll often hear when you call our office, Ashley is always eager to assist and ensure our clients feel supported.
