Bud's Plumbing was wonderful. I had a great experience with Keith today. He serviced my hot water heater and gave me an overview of the health of my unit.

Gerald was wonderful, did great work, and communicated with me along the way. I am not thrilled to have had a water main leak, but I am very happy with the service and I would use them again!

Our leaky pipes were fixed the same day we called! Cody was very professional and respectful. He explained the plan and all the options we had for replacing the entire faucet or try to find a hose attachment inside the faucet. We'll be using Bud's again!

I had Buds Plumbing Heating and Air out recently to service My A/C system. Technician showed up on time, very polite and took his time to get to know how I use my system. Technician was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand my equipment and its current condition. Very personal and professional. I would definitely Call Buds for all my home Needs. This was my first time using Bud’s (my parents have used them for while) and I could not have been more pleased with them! My Mom was at my house to help oversee things, and the tech who came impressed even her! (So much so that she asked if she could request him personally next time she needs someone from Bud’s to come to her house). The tech, Chris G., was incredibly nice, personable, professional, and transparent about costs and work. He was incredibly thorough and explained every step to us. We were even emailed images of what was wrong/what needed to be replaced, with our statement. The whole experience was not what I was expecting for my first time needing a plumber to come to my house! I absolutely recommend them!

Keith was very knowledgeable and informative. He is very professional and worked to solve our issue. Keith didn’t just show up and clear our sewer, he explained the pros and cons of replacing our sewer line. I would highly recommend Bud’s Plumbing especially if the whole company is represented by employees like Keith.

Late review, sorry! But finally taking a minute to give Bud's and my tech, Nick M., the kudos they deserve. They provided a prompt appointment time that worked best for me. Nick showed up on time with the "heads up" text ahead of time that I had requested. He assessed, advised, quoted and then got to work. Knew what he was doing and got it done in the time you'd expect it to take. Couldn't ask for a better and more capable all-around experience. Thanks Bud's and Nick M.!

Bud’s was great. This is a long overdue review. They came out back in December of 2024. Customer service and quality of work were top notch. Very reasonably priced as well. Theresa in the office did a fantastic job of explaining everything and handling all of my questions. They were able to come out for a same day service, even being short handed that day. Keith came out and handled my main line blockage and got it all cleared up in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful with questions as well. Definitely give them a call with any needs you may have.

Had technician Keith come out for a repair on a distribution line to our house. He went above and beyond and explained everything very clearly beforehand. I will definitely call Buds Plumbing again next time I have plumbing needs, and hopefully get my man Keith again!

Seth and Chris were amazing. Showed up quick, at later hours and got to fixing my plumbing issue. These guys go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Great work on getting my toilets unclogged!

Had issue with toilet last Friday afternoon and called Bud’s Plumbing to remedy situation. Sent a plumber in a couple of hours to inspect toilet and attempted an initial resolution but eventually had to resolve problem at later date as the discovery of tree roots that had invaded pipes and had destroyed wax ring and began unsealing toilet from base. Upon returning this morning discovered job was too large and involved for just one plumber so enlisted help of additional repair man. Both completed repairs in several hours. Both were very professional and completed repairs the same day. Would highly recommend.

Hector is the greatest. I have had four other AC companies out attempting to stop the loud noise the blower in the ac makes. Every one told me that there was nothing to be done except to replace the blower- which was only 2 years old. It is so loud I could not hear the tv over it so I would sit in the heat instead of turning on the ac. Well, Hector came to do a check up and I mentioned the noise to him. Besides being friendly, he shared his knowledge with us so we understood exactly what had happened. It took him maybe 20 seconds to find and fix the problem! I was amazed and so thankful! He should he EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!

These guys were great. Called them late today and they were able to come right away. They did a great job on unclogging the clean out and made some recommendations on other things to do with my sewer line. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I asked for a quote and they gave me one with in the price range I was looking for and they were true to their quote. I called three other plumbing company and they will not give me a quote except that the technician will give me one upon arrival, nah if you can’t be upfront with me then I don’t do business with you.

Technician JR from Bud's Heating and Air was professional and highly skilled. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the root cause of the cooling issue I had reported, and resolved it efficiently with parts and labor at a fair price. As a homeowner in Sacramento, I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Bud's Heating and Air for reliable, good quality HVAC repairs.

Woke up to the sound of rain……pin hole leak from attic. On a Saturday. Our usual go to plumber did not call us back (even as I write this, guess they do not work weekends). A contractor we had used recently recommended Bud’s. Bud’s on call technician, Axel, picked up our request and was out within the hour. Axel is knowledgeable and professional. He repaired pipe and water was back on within hours. Would have been sooner if he hadn’t have to go back to shop for a tool. Will call Bud’s next time we need a plumber.

Keith from Bud’s Plumbing saved the day! My bathroom sink has progressively been getting slower to drain until this morning when it wouldn’t drain at all. Enter: Bud’s. They sent out Keith within a couple of hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to, and fixed the sink without issue. While he was here I also asked him to provide me with a quote to do some plumbing as part of upcoming my bathroom remodel. I will gladly use Bud’s again if the need arises.
