Limited Lifetime Warranty Disclaimer for Sewer Line Replacements and Full Water Repipe

Bud’s Plumbing warrants to the original purchaser that the portion of the sewer line or water repipe replaced by Buds’ Plumbing will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal residential use, subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated herein. This warranty is non-transferable and is automatically void if any of the following occur:

Damage caused by ground movement, earth settlement, or natural disasters (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, floods, or soil erosion).
Damage or blockages caused by tree roots, landscaping changes, or unauthorized excavation.
Improper or unreasonable use of the sewer line, including the disposal of foreign objects, oils, or chemicals not intended for sewer systems.
Alteration, tampering, or repair performed by anyone other than [Company Name] or its authorized representatives.
Failure to follow recommended routine maintenance or required inspections as advised by Buds’ Plumbing.

Any claim under this warranty must be reported to Bud’s Plumbing in writing, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of discovery. Bud’s Plumbing shall have the right to inspect and determine whether coverage applies. Liability is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship and shall not exceed the cost of the original service. In no event shall Bud’s Plumbing be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Water Heater 10-Year Warranty Disclaimer

This 10-year limited warranty covers defects in workmanship for the installation of the water heater performed by Bud’s Plumbing. The water heater unit may also carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty on tanks and parts. Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty for specific coverage details.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any transfer of property or ownership will void this warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bud’s Plumbing.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from neglect, lack of routine maintenance, sediment buildup, or improper flushing of the water heater.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, or other acts of God, or from external causes such as power surges, inadequate power supply, or other conditions beyond the control of Bud’s Plumbing.

As preparation for the summer heat we always have our HVAC unit serviced and inspected for any issues. After reading up on reviews, and receiving multiple quotes, we decided to go with Bud’s. The technicians found no issues and even helped me configure our Nest Thermostat. It turns out our home being older it is not equipped with a Common C-Wire. When the technicians left, our AC was blowing cold and strong. After a few days we realized water dripping and the AC going in and out. It turned out the Nest configuration was overworking the blower motor and it had gone out. I called Bud’s and asked them to come out and help us resolve the problem. Moana quickly responded and on the same day Axel showed up at our door with portable AC units while we waited for the part to come in. Although uncertain of the actual cause for the failure of the blower motor, Moana offered to cover the entire cost of the service and fortunately for us the part was still under warranty. Bud’s showed up when it mattered most and with no hesitation to show that they wanted nothing more than to help. My family and I could not be more impressed and grateful. Thank you for your efficient response and kindness you have shown our family. Highly recommend Bud’s for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Buds plumbing was amazing!! All staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I was connected with Axel regarding my tankless water heater that was not working and ignitor coil needed to be replaced. Axel followed up with me like he said he would until part was received. The weekend was coming up and I was afraid I would have to wait till Monday to get hot water.. but Axel followed up with me like he said. It's nice to know you can count on someone 7 days a-week and to keep their word means a lot.
